Halvgrove osterundstykker
Disse er nydelig å lage til barn feks istedet for boller. De er litt grove, og de har proteiner i seg fra osten, så de kan være et måltid i seg selv. Men blir også herlig med pålegg og med smør til gryter ol.
1 kg mel (Feks. 700 g hvetemel, 150 grug sammalt, 50g havregryn og 50g samalt hvete grov 50g sammalt spelt grov.)
160g smør
0.5 l H-melk
1pk tørrgjær
2/3 boks CC
70 g revet ost
2 ts salt
1ss sukker
2 egg
Smelt smøret, bland med melken og ha oppi tørrgjæren. Ha så i Cottage chese (kan med fordel stavmikses litt), egg, sukker og salt. Ha dette oppi melet og elt. Deretter heves den til dobbel størrelse.
Rulles ut til to pølser som deles opp i passende størrelse til rundstykker. Hev ca 1/2 time, og pensle med egg, og ha valmue eller sesamfrø på.
Stekes i ca 15 min på 225 grader.
